I'd use a pencil the 24hr stay then a high gloss over the top of lippy.
P.S. Things on social media are usually like this...How to make your lips fuller when the model already has full lips. Or how to contour to make your nose looks smaller and it's on a model with an already petit nose. Or how to achieve glass like skin when the model has already skin perfection...Just keep this in mind. But there are definetly some tricks for any person!
